Businesses, schools, events…all are closing right and left to minimize the spread of the coronavirus. But the Resource Center has decided to remain open at this time. We want to still be available for people facing unplanned pregnancies and STDs. To keep our facilities clean and safe for clients and workers, our medical director has put the following procedures in place:
- Disinfecting offices daily & client locations after appointments
- Soap & water hand-washing for at least 20 seconds
- Offering phone calls with a nurse or advocate for clients with questions regarding sexual health or pregnancies
- Strongly encouraging staff & volunteers to not come into work if they are feeling ill
